Avalon Essentials, LLC is monitoring the development of COVID-19 very closely, adhering to guidance from public health authorities and taking several preventive and protective measures while we face this unprecedented pandemic.

In light of this, please be advised that our warehouse is experiencing exceptionally high order volume causing delivery delays and some items may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand. Rest assured that we are doing our best to restock the items and get those items delivered to you as quickly as possible. We sincerely appreciate your patience in this matter. Once the items are available you can be certain our lab will have the items you ordered shipped out to you immediately. All items are currently in stock unless otherwise noted.

Additionally, in attempts to slow the spread of the virus and protect our staff & Customer Success Team, will be working remotely until further notice. Inevitably, and there will be some minor changes in the way our Customer Success Team operates such as:

• Our third party warehouse sends out tracking numbers by email as quickly as possible. You can select your shipping preference when you order, we ship via FEDEX, UPS, USPS and DHL.
• Our shopping cart or merchant processing system sends out a receipt for all purchases instantly when you place an order.
• All boxes are shipped discretely, they say Avalon Essentials, LLC as the sender.
• We ship to most countries in the world. If you live in Italy or Malta you will need a prescription and it would be easier to ship to Switzerland and pick your package up there.
• You are responsible for all duties and taxes in your country and you are responsible to know the laws in your country. If you fail to pay your duties and taxes you will not receive a refund from us and we will not pay for the return shipping of your package to us. You will still be responsible for the payment of your order to us.

While we are unable to know at this time what the future will hold for any of us, it is our belief that if a strong team comes together in times of adversity, they can only come out stronger.
